At British Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
